Nomad City

Nomad City is an open-air ethno complex located near the Ushkonyr Plateau, about an hour’s drive from Almaty. Originally built as a film set, it has evolved into a living museum of nomadic culture. Guests can stroll among traditional yurts, watch equestrian performances, try archery, and enjoy authentic Kazakh food against the backdrop of the picturesque steppe. It is both a cultural attraction and a cinematic experience.
